Q:         Do you accept pets?
A:         Dogs, cats, and other small domestic pets are welcome in all of our communities!  We accept all breeds of dogs with no weight restriction. A non-refundable pet fee of $400 is due at move-in (or when you add a pet to your lease).  “Pet rent” is $25 per month per pet.

Q:         Do you offer short-term leases?
A:         We offer flexible lease terms, with a minimum length of 3 months.  Monthly premiums apply to short term leases – rates vary by property.

Q:         May I have a roommate who is not a leaseholder?
A:         Any person over the age of 18 who will be residing in the apartment will be required to complete the application and will be listed on the lease as a leaseholder.   

Q:         May I have a co-signer (or guarantor)?
A:         Guarantors are accepted at all Redstone Properties with the exception of Bauer Crossings.

Q:         What are the income requirements to qualify?
A:         Our minimum monthly income requirement is 2.5 times the monthly rent.

Q:         How much is the security deposit?
A:         Security deposit amounts are based upon credit approval, ranging from $500 up to one month’s rent.

Q:         How many people can live in an apartment?
A:         Our Occupancy Standards allow 2 people per bedroom.

Q:         What if I need to get out of my lease early?
A:         Residents may break their lease agreement by giving 30 days’ written notice. Rent must be paid through the notice period and there is a buy-out fee equal to one month’s rent.

Q:         How many vehicles are allowed per apartment?
A:         Most of our communities can accommodate one vehicle per occupant.
