Heather Brand brings over 15 years of experience in property management, having developed a passion for real estate and multifamily housing early in her career. She has held a wide range of roles, including Leasing Consultant, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, and Maintenance Supervisor, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both operational and technical aspects of the business. Heather advanced quickly at Associated Estates, a Midwest and Sunbelt REIT, and later gained large-scale operations experience at Fairfield Residential, where she was recognized with multiple awards for excellence in customer service and financial performance. Today, Heather is a part-owner and managing partner of Redstone Properties, a Grand Rapids–based firm managing 30+ properties across Michigan and Indiana. She has overseen nearly 40 property acquisitions and repositionings, specializing in value-add strategies that transform underperforming assets into profitable, well-run communities. Her experience also includes a major third-party management partnership with an Indianapolis-based investor. Known for her strategic vision and operational expertise, Heather consistently drives growth, maximizes asset performance, and delivers exceptional value for owners, investors, and residents.
